Filipino's are some of the warmest and welcoming people you will ever meet. Growing up in a multi ethnic home, I always felt out of place. My own ethnic groups never fully accepted me for who I was labelling me differently from the rest but the one group who took me in with open arms were Filipino's. My grandfather was born & raised in the Philippines, which is why all my Aunts & Uncles have a strong command on english as well as Hispanic names. Our family has long lost touch with our distant relatives in the Philippines but no matter, I was still "Filipino enough" for my Filipino friends. Jollibee is most famously known in the Philippines and is beloved by its people. Despite going up against mega fast food chains like McDonalds, Jollibee has managed to keep its footing by catering their food to the tastes of the local people.
