Phoebe má vidění, ve kterém je mladý muž napaden dvěma čaroději, kteří se z něj snaží dostat informace o místě, kde jsou ukryty Akashické záznamy. V nich jsou zapsány nejen historické zprávy, ale i to, co se má stát v budoucnosti. Ten, kdo by je našel získá neuvěřitelnou moc…

Phoebe, Prue und Piper sollen verhindern, dass sich zwei Dämonen der Akasha-Rollen bemächtigen. In diesen Schriften ist die Zukunft der Menschheit niedergeschrieben, und wer sie besitzt, verfügt über ungeheure Macht. Als sich Professor Bragg mit einer dieser Inschriften beschäftigt, wird er von den Dämonen überfallen. Braggs Sohn Eric zerstört die Rollen, in der Hoffnung, damit die Gefahr zu bannen. Doch erst mit Hilfe der drei Schwestern können die Dämonen besiegt werden.

Une idylle est en train de naître entre Piper et Dan, et ils décident de partir en week-end ensemble. Un doute subsiste pourtant dans l'esprit de Piper : Dan est-il, lui aussi, un sorcier ? Phoebe fa volontariato all'ospedale della città, è così che conoscerà Eric, un giovane che assiste il padre degente. Phoebe ha così una delle sue visioni in cui uno stregone o forse un demone infila un ago nella testa di Eric. Nel frattempo Prue e Piper sospettano rispettivamente che Jack e Dan siano degli stregoni per svariati motivi, così sono costrette a fare l'incantesimo per ascoltare i pensieri, per tentare di scoprire se quello che pensano è solo frutto della loro fantasia. Dan supera il test, è un perfetto "umano" e Piper può notarlo dalla fuoriuscita di sangue in seguito ad una ferita. Il risultato non è lo stesso per Jack i cui pensieri sono tutt'altro che innocenti, cosa che porta Prue a pensare di aver avuto ragione riguardo a lui. Phoebe intanto riesce a scoprire l'esistenza dei "collezionisti", stregoni che risucchiano il sapere dai cervelli della gente con un ago. Grazie alla sua ricerca, Phoebe affiancata da Piper scoprirà il dottore del padre di Eric deciso nell'intento di "infilzare" il ragazzo con l'ago delle visioni di Phoebe. Le sorelle salvano almeno per il momento Eric. Piper così, attraverso la lettura del pensiero, viene a conoscenza della leggenda che narra di un libro di antiche profezie, i registri Akascich. I collezionisti vogliono quei registri, e vogliono Eric perché lui sa come trovarli. Nel frattempo Prue grazie all'aiuto di Piper scopre che nemmeno Jack è un demone, anzi, conosce per merito di un suo scherzetto il fratello gemello Jeph che si era "spacciato" per lui. Il trio deve aiutare così Eric dallo zapping cerebrale, e sarà proprio la sete di conoscenza dei demoni a distruggerli.

Phoebe begint als vrijwilliger te werken in het ziekenhuis. Op die manier ontmoet ze de charmante Eric. Nadat ze hem wat beter heeft leren kennen, heeft ze een visioen waarin ze ziet hoe een groep wezens met naalden als vingers Eric aanvalt. Samen met haar zussen ontdekt ze dat die wezens, de “Verzamelaars”, echt bestaan en dat ze van plan zijn met hun naalden Erics hersenen uit te zuigen omdat hij kennis heeft over een belangrijke code. Phoebe gaat tot het uiterste om te verhinderen dat Eric hun slachtoffer wordt. Ondertussen spreken Piper en Prue een spreuk uit om te achterhalen of Dan en Jack wel zijn wie ze beweren te zijn…

Phoebe tem uma visão na qual mostra um homem, Eric, sendo procurado por uma dupla de bruxos que colecionam informações de dentro do cérebro das vítimas. As Halliwell descobrem que os bruxos querem o Akashic Records, que tem uma completa história do passado e do futuro. Enquanto isso, Piper e Prue acham que Dan e Jack podem ser bruxos, e para descobrir isso elas usam o feitiço que lê os pensamentos.
