Following young patients in the Bristol Royal Hospital for Children, Britain's leading childhood obesity clinic, a last resort for children living with extreme obesity. Fourteen-year-old Tommy is one of the clinic's heaviest patients, and despite 18 months of treatment, his weight is spiralling out of control.
