Cat decides he wants some quiet time to himself, so Dog puts on "the suit" and Cat finds out just how much he really misses Dog. He tries his hardest to read, write, or eat, but he feels so guilty that he makes Dog come out. In a filler segment, since the pilot was too short, CatDog read their fan mail, but since Winslow claims there is no mail for them, Dog makes up a wild version of their origin story. CatDog want to eat at a taco restaurant, but Rancid Rabbit bans them from entering. They try sneaking in numerous ways, but are caught every time. Eventually, Dunglap takes control of Taco Depot, and lets CatDog eat there whenever they want.
CatDog get fleas, so they have to wear an unfashionable belt. Dog refuses to wear the belt. When he does, the fleas inhabit Cat, so they fight over the belt. When the belt becomes useless, they find the fleas a new home. CatDog become famous stars with "CatDog Food". But after the fame goes to Cat's head, he gets cocky, and insults Dog. He even gains a bunch of weight. It isn't until He makes fun of Rancid Rabbit, and ruins the deal that he realises that he has made a change for the worst.
CatDog try to go on a vacation, but they nd up in the middle of a giant traffic jam that never stops. After they make the best of it, they turn on each other when they need food. Eventually, they make peace and try to get out. They end up on a bulletin board, and think they're on an island. Cat saves Lube's life from a tick, so Lube promises to serve Cat always. But when he starts to keep Dog away, Cat realizes that he needs to rid himself of Lube. So, Cat and the Greasers make a plan where The Greasers pound Cat.
Cat tries to get Shriek and Dog married so the Greasers will stop pounding him. CatDog work in Rancid's factory for "Kravity Crunch" cereal. Dog works harder than anyone else, and gets promoted to Prize-Stuffer. Cat, and the others at the factory are mistreated. But when Dog is promoted to #1 prize stuffer, the workers revolt, and Cat and Dog reunite just to become a prize.
CatDog become greedy when the realize a Gopher has a lot of diamonds underground. Eventually, the rich makes them greedy, and forget that there brothers. At the end our hero's find out that the diamonds were really just rock candy. CatDog find a hurt Roach in the dump, and Dog wants to keep the Roach as a pet. Cat tries to get rid of until he's fed up with 'Roachy' the roach, and purchases a machine to annihilate it. When the Roach saves Cat's life, he realizes how wrong he was to stereo-type it.
Cat invites people to his party, except for Winslow, that is, so Winslow throws his own party, which turns out to be more fun than Cat's party. Cat enters Dog in a sledding contest to win big money. He trains Dog in a winter version of their house. When the race comes around, Dog races half way through it, and gets hypothermia. Cat feels bad and does the rest of the race himself, just for the Greasers to win.
Cat is nervous because his Swedish Pen Pal Ingrid is in town. Dog meets up with a paperboy faster than him.
Cat is tired of the Greasers beating him up. So, when he sees an ad in a magazine for drinks that will "pump you up", he buys them. He doesn't like the taste, but Dog loves it. So he gets Dog pumped up, and he relizes at the last minute that Dog has snapped. He tries to get more than revenge on the Greasers. Dog buys a "Little Cat." Dog pays more attention to Little Cat, and Cat tries not to mind. But when he relizes he is not wanted, he leaves, and tries to hitch hike a ride somewhere.
The Greasers plan another attack on CatDog, when Eddie the Squirrel messes them up. It turns out that Cliff has been glued to Eddie. He's then fired from the Greasers, and they go to CatDog for help. They graduate from CatDog's 'Freak' School. When Cliff realizes that Eddie's only on his Jacket, he beats up CatDog, and Eddie. It is almost Brother's Day in Nearburg. Everyone is getting ready for it, except CatDog. Dog has gone out and bought a mud wrestling ting, and Cat... well he's just greedy. So when it comes down to it... Cat sells his lufa (a cats most prized possestion) to get money. Dog sells his Mud Wrestling stuff. They both buy each other Wrestling masks, and the episode ends with the two of them attacking Winslow.
Dog Breaks a rule of 'No Cannonballs' at the local pool. They are then forced to stay there as prisoners. Cat collects every "Mean Bob" toy even if it means selling everything they own, while Dog plays with his one Mean Bob.
It's the Full-Moon, again, bringing out Dog's wolf-like instincts. It's CatDog's family reunion, and they fight over a trophy.
Cat wants to be alone, and wants a new butt instead of having Dog attached on him. CatDog are fed up with getting hurt by the Greasers, so they try to find out how to fight back.
Cat tells Dog to become more safety conscious, because Dog only has one life, while Cat his nine, so Dog becomes overly safe. Dog moves out after a bet with Cat, saying that Dog cannot last a day alone without him.
CatDog and Winslow watch a horror movie with "Toothpick Head", they become scared that Toothpick Head is in their house. Winslow tries to have CatDog have one more side to vote on what they should do for fun, etc., so a pig, horse, bird, and other animals live on CatDog.
Dog is frightened after reading a comic book about aliens invading, and he thinks the new next door neighbors, which turn out to be "Grannies", are aliens. Cat tries to impress two ladies on a TV show, "Really Incredible People".
Cat reads a story to Dog about how Egyptians worshiped Cats. Cat reads Dog's journal, and Winslow catches a snapshot of him doing so.
Dog gets angry with the Gorhper when he thinks his is meddling in his Bone Cellar. Cat tells a lie to Dog saying that there is a law where all Dogs have to wear leashes.
All of Nearburg's Dogs love "Farburg Burger Bones", but they get banned from Nearburg because Fargburg makes all of the money, so Cat gets a plan to sell bones for over 5x the price to become rich. Dog gets trees growing on top of his head after eating Pecan Pie.
Cat is tired of Dog being so un-intelligent, so he makes Dog study & watch video tapes, so Dog sucks all of Cats smartness out of him, and in return Cat gets Dog's stupidity. Winslow missed CatDog after he thinks they moved away, except they are really on vacation.
Cat tried to be the part of Abraham Lincoln in a play, but Dog gets accepted for the part. Dog smells his favorite fire hydrant and notices another Dog has been there, so he waits for the trespasser to come to the fire hydrant.
Dog had a surprise for Cat, and that was to join a Clown School. Cat's hairball wins them a prize at the amusement park, and Dog chooses a fish as a prize. Cat wins a prize and has five minutes to call in and claim his prize, but Winslow throws a ball causing Dog to chase it all over town, while Cat tries to hang on to a phone.
Everyone in Nearburg is shocked to hear that Shreik is a girl, even the trees! Dog gets a medal from Rancid Rabbit causing Dog to think he is a Superhero.
CatDog accidentally flies away on a kite and crashes into a statue of Rancid Rabbit, and the natives think CatDog is a God. CatDog enter a band contest, but their competition includes The Greasers, who, from reading a ripped-up flyer, think it's just a huge battle.
Cliff's Neice comes to town for a visit, but Cliff needs a replacement babysitter (Lube was supposed to, but he was unable), so Cliff makes CatDog do it. Cat wants to join a Cat Club, so he makes Dog wear a cat suit. This is a CatDog short where they go onto a stage and sing about how they get along.
Cat tries to beat an old school enemy at climbing a mountain. CatDog and their friends end up in a garbage truck and fall into water where Cat acts like a pirate.
Cat tries to disprove a myth about a flying fish. CatDog end up getting sawed in half in a magic show by "The Amazing Ray," but when they try to find the magician who did it, they find out he is a fraud and is in jail. So, they go to another magic show to put them back together.

CatDog go into the dentist office for a checkup, and his teeth end up being bad after Dog eating garbage, so Cat and Dog try to ruin each other's teeth by shoving teeth-rotting food down their throat.

On Halloween, Dog is biten by a vampire bat, and becomes a vampire. He spreads the curse to pratcially everyone in Nearburg...and only Cat is left to stop them
Cat is bored and wants some fun, so CatDog go to the amusement park Mervis and Dunglap work at. Dog is eager to try the biggest and scariest roller coaster, which Cat is too scared to ride. Rancid is talking a gold bath and the gold stops coming out, so he tries to make more money by making Dogs have licenses to not go to jail.
This is a Thanksgiving special, where CatDog try to save a turkey named Walt from getting eaten by Rancid Rabbit.
While Cliff and Lube are getting pleasure out of beating up CatDog, Shriek decides that there is more to life and decides to pursue her dream to be an ice skater. Dog gets a touch of amnesia after getting hit with an appliance that falls on his head, in which starts up a whole chain of people causing Dog to get amnesia, telling him things about himself that aren't true.
Cat goes too far in teasing Winslow, and CatDog ends up in the year 3001. Cat ruins Lola's prize winning machine, and gets in trouble after doing so.
CatDog becomes a fire dog at the fire department. Dog enters a Dog show and Cat dresses up as a Dog tail.
The Greasers make fun of CatDog and their friends and call them the 'Geekers.' CatDog and his friends decide to make their own club: "The Geeker". CatDog find what they think is the 'Golden Hydrant'. They put the Golden Hydrant up for viewing in their own museum. They charge money for people to go see it.
Lube is seeking work at a gas station and falls in love with a girl there. Dog becomes obsessed with photography, and takes pictures of a lot of people, even embarrassing ones.
CatDog become stuntmen in a Rancid Rabbit film, but Cat is only in it to kiss Taululah. CatDog tries to find out the "pork fat" to defeat the Greasers, and Lola helps them.
Winslow makes CatDog and the Greasers a successful band. Lola is hired to make a documentary on CatDog and if she screws up, she is in trouble!
It's the yearly Kooky Prank Day that Cat hates because everyone pulls a prank on him, but this year he has a plan. He will use a fake flying saucer to convince everyone that aliens are attacking. Cat missed his last day of school, so he didn't graduate, so he goes back to school to get his Diploma.
Dog gets Cat obsessed with Monster Truck shows, and Cat becomes crazy! Cat wants to sell bee's honey for money, but Dog just wants to eat all of it.
Randolph announces that ear infections, etc. would begin in Nearburg, and when it happens the episode turns black and white and has no sound. A gorilla ends up on CatDog's doorstep, and Cat realises that the Gorilla would be a good addition to their bowling team.
A rich blind fellow, Mr. Wolfington needs to hire a new seeing eye dog, so he agrees to hire Dog from CatDog. Cat is overjoyed because he finally is living in the lap of luxury as he always dreamed. CatDog overindulge and eat the finest foods, but something that they eat is just a little too rich for Dog, that he suffers a severe allergic reaction and can't see the next day when Mr. Wolfington needs him the most, to meet his friend in France. We get to see a whole new side of Cliff in this episode. Cliff is at the gym lifting weights and wants a challenge. So he piles a mountain of stuff up to lift, but the weight is too much for him and it all collapses on top of him. Cliff is TRAPPED for days and days, left in silence and loneliness, to contemplate. He is left with nothing but agony, despair and guilt, and vows that if he gets out of this alive he will change completely and be nice to everyone INCLUDING CatDog.
Winterwonderland has hit Nearburg, and lots of folks want to enjoy Lake Nearburg and ice skate. The Greasers were there first playing hockey, and threaten CatDog and their buddy's to move it or else. Dog orders a hypnotism kit, and inside is a book and a Monkey's paw. Cat at first is skeptical until Dog successfully hypnotises Winslow. Convinced that it works, Winslow cleverly convinces Cat that he can be invincible, like the greatest dancer or a fierce fighter, even to defeat the Greasers.
The inseparable duo concoct a tasty confection, but with an unforeseen side effect. CatDog moves into an area where their Uncle Horseduck died, and it was in their will to let CatDog live there, but Rancid Rabbit is their neighbor and will do anything to keep them staying.
Eddie the Squirell is tired of the Greaser Dogs "pounding" him, so he invents a huge Cat to get back at the Greasers. CatDog tries to find a mythological treasure in the sea after tricking Lola into helping them go after it.
The Nearburg parent day festival is happening and CatDog is feeling left out. Dog eventually convinces Cat to go on a parent hunt. Along the way, they run into aliens, hillbillies, and fire ants.
Winslow's Niece and Nephew come to visit and make Winslow look foolish. After saving Mayor Rancid the year before, Cat does not want to be Dog's sidekick anymore, but later wants to.
CatDog go to a theater seeing "Mean Bob" and Dog thinks it's real when Mean Bob is fighting on stage, so Dog gives him memory loss. Winslow leaves CatDog's home for a walk, and CatDog go into his home.
Cat suffers an identity crisis when a gang of beatnik alley-cats set up shop near the CatDog house. Seduced by their bongo music, he trades in his normal, prissy, finicky self to become the cool, hep ""Scat Cat"". His new alter-ego is much more laid back than the old Cat. In fact, he's so cool with everything he does that he refuses to clean the house, or even pay the bills. It's up to Dog to get the old Cat back that he once knew. This is a salty old fisherman's tale about the Swordfish on CatDog's living-room wall. The teller of the tale is Cat, who's embellishing the story in order to impress TV star Tallulah. But Dog can't resist getting in on the act, and spins a wild yarn that Tallulah finds more interesting than Cat's. Cat, frustrated and outdone, finally reveals that the fish was actually purchased at a yard sale.
Dog gets an ear injury, forcing him to wear an ear cone. Pete The Polecat sings about a garbage truck and how Dog trys to save it.
Cat believes their parents love Dog more. Dog finds out meat comes from animals, and his friends are animals!
