Rob returns to his job at Braeband stating he is just back from 'holiday in Canada', while bad news pulls Sharon back to Ireland. With Sharon away, and left home alone to look after the children, Rob's life continues to spiral out of control. Unhappy with the situation at his family home Chris decides, in typical style, to confront his nemesis.

Pendant une réunion de travail, Harita annonce le retour de Rob chez Braeband en prétextant qu'il était parti donner des cours au Canada. Sharon doit partir en urgence en Irlande avec Fergal. Chris redoute que Rob ne replonge dans l'alcool. Ce dernier découvre les rumeurs qui circulent à son sujet parmi le personnel.
Rob afronta sus primeros días de trabajo, pero la presión le provoca una pequeña recaída. Mientras tanto, el padre de Sharon sufre un ictus y Sharon debe viajar a Irlanda con su hermano Fergal. Allí reconecta con los fantasmas de su infancia.
Rob kehrt von seinen „Ferien in Kanada“ zurück zur Arbeit bei Braeband. Währenddessen erreichen Sharon schlechte Nachrichten, die sie zurück nach Irland verschlagen. Ohne Sharon, dafür aber alleine mit den Kindern gerät Robs Leben außer Kontrolle. Chris ist unglücklich mit der Situation in seinem Familienhaus und entschließt sich dazu, seinen Erzfeind zu konfrontieren.
