Cammo vient d’être nommée pour le "prix du plus grand influenceur de Norvège" lorsqu’elle fait faillite. Ayant tout perdu, elle doit accepter de travailler comme assistante sociale et personnelle de Kamilla, une jeune femme trisomique. Pleine d’ambition, Cammo doit garder la face. Malgré leurs différences, les deux femmes deviennent amies et se révèlent plus similaires qu’on ne le pense.
