Lantian trails Zhongzheng to the warehouse and a gunfight ensues. Lantian loses his gun in the process but manages to snatch the evidence from Zhongzheng and advises him to surrender. Just when Zhongzheng contemplates on doing so, Dehai appears and attacks Lantian. Meanwhile, Yaojia and Xinyi assume they will die in the freezer.
