Sei will der Herrschaft von RAPT ein Ende setzen. Meg ist von dieser Idee nicht begeistert und bitte Sei und Jo die Lage noch einmal zu überdenken. Doch Jo und Sei sind von ihrer Aufgabe überzeugt. Es zeigt sich aber, dass man die RAPT nicht so einfach ausschalten kann.
Jo knocks Meg unconscious for her own safety, and Sei and Jo take down RAPT, with the help of Leo, Takane and Amy. After a long gun battle with RAPT cybots across town, Jo and Sei enter the RAPT HQ and destroy its supercomputer, along with killing the head of RAPT, which leads to the base exploding with them inside. Later on, Meg awakens on the beach and discovers what happened. The story ends with Meg replacing Jo in a scene similar to the entry credits but with a red Django. The fates of Leo, Takane, Kyouhei and Amy are left ambiguous, but it is implied they survived the final battle and fled from Tokyo.
Alors que Meg et Jo ont échoué sur une plage, la RAPT a lancé ses troupes sur Tokyo, en vue d'épurer la ville de ses éléments perturbateurs...
Sei intenta localizar y reunir de nuevo a las chicas para acabar de una vez con la RAPT y su cuartel general, pero Meg se opone. Jo se despide de Meg, y se dirige a la batalla. Al final, el cuartel general de la RAPT explota; Sei y Jo pierden la vida en la explosión.
