MSC has purchased an island, generated a plan for building their paradise, and set an opening date. The problem is that before anything can be built, 50 years of abandoned industrial waste and equipment must be removed from the island. In addition, fortifications in the form of rock berms must be installed to prevent erosion by the sea, and to protect the outline of the island.
Part of the MSC vision is to revive the seas around Ocean Cay for the enjoyment of their customers, as well as to obtain a Marine Reserve status. A risky plan to transplant coral from damaged areas to a new nursery, and an environmental survey yields positive results.
The MSC project to build Paradise Island is over budget and running out of time. The island must be supplied, staff trained, and buildings finished, to accommodate guests who will soon be arriving and expecting perfection.
