Lauren und Harry haben ihr erstes Date ausgerechnet in dem Restaurant, in dem an diesem Abend auch Gruber ein Rendezvous hat. Während Lauren von einem Brustimplantat am Kopf getroffen wird und ein blaues Auge davonträgt, geht Sheryl Holt auf ihrer Internetseite endgültig zu weit. Sie beleidigt Harvey Lipschultz derart, dass Harper nichts anderes übrig bleibt, als sie vom Unterricht auszuschließen. Sheryl droht daraufhin unverzüglich mit einer Unterlassungsklage und zitiert Harper vor Gericht. Das trifft sich gut, denn dort wird gleichzeitig die Unterlassungsklage von Marlene Walsh verhandelt.
