Honey, who's nine, has been excluded from school after threatening to kill pupils.
This time the doctors meet eight-year-old Bobby, who won't eat anything except chocolate, sweets, cakes, chips, cheese, yoghurt and baked beans. Bobby says that anything else makes him feel sick and his parents, Sally and Craig, have tried everything. They're worried about his unhealthy diet and tired of being blamed for his eating habits.
The doctors meet nine-year-old Thomas, who is very rigid in his thought patterns and finds change difficult. He also finds it hard to socialise with other children and is obsessed with Lego - he can talk about it for hours. They also talk to the parents of a two-year-old who hardly eats any solid food, and who cannot tell if they are dealing with bad behaviour or genuine discomfort.
