Bob und sein Team wollen Charlie zu seinem Geburtstag überraschen. Die Autowerkstatt soll eine Hebebühne, ein tolles Leuchtschild und ein neues Dach bekommen. Damit Charlie von den Arbeiten nichts mitbekommt, geht Leo mit seinem Vater essen. Inzwischen wird gebaut. Baggi ist begeistert von der neuen Hebebühne und überredet Betti, den Bus, sich von ihm reparieren zu lassen. Das geht allerdings völlig schief und die beiden zerstören das neue Dach. Als dann auch noch Leo anruft, um Bescheid zu sagen, dass sie in wenigen Minuten wieder zurück sind, muss Bob sich schnell etwas einfallen lassen!
It's Curtis' birthday, and Bob and the team have a surprise for him. While Leo takes Curtis out for a birthday meal, Bob and the team look after his garage and give the workshop a makeover. When distractions occur at the garage, Bob needs more time and Leo stalls his dad. Scoop's unfamiliarity with mechanics causes him to break the new roof. Bob and the team work quickly to fix the problem, and an anxious Curtis finally returns to the garage, delighted with the birthday surprise!
