Bob und sein Team haben ein Milchshake-Café für Fritti den Koch gebaut. Nun muss nur noch der Parkplatz betoniert werden, dann wird eröffnet. Während sich Bob und seine Freunde an die Arbeit machen, will Fritti ihnen einen Überraschungs-Milchshake mixen. Baggi beobachtet ihn dabei und ist ganz begeistert, wie der Koch lauter neue Zutaten ausprobiert. Das möchte er beim Betonmischen auch machen! Doch leider ist Baggis Überraschungs-Beton zwar schön bunt, doch auch ziemlich matschig und klebrig. Wird Bob das Problem rechtzeitig bis zur Eröffnung des Cafés lösen können?
Bob and the team are finishing the new Milk Shake Bar, and Scoop is inspired when he sees Chef Tattie experimenting with all kinds of ingredients. Scoop's assignment is to mix concrete to complete the parking lot, and he decides he wants to experiment too. Bob and Wendy are having fun tasting milkshakes, so they aren't aware that Scoop is mixing all kinds of crazy materials into the concrete in an effort to make the parking lot look fun. The next morning, Scoop enthusiastically rolls into the parking lot, only to notice that the concrete isn't dry. Now they have to start all over! Bob gives Scoop the "proper" colorful materials to mix into the concrete. Soon it is dry, and looks just as terrific as Chef Tattie's Milk Shake Bar.

Het team is bijna klaar met de nieuwe milkshakebar van chef Pieper. Die werkt ondertussen nog aan zijn speciale milkshake van het huis. Hij trekt de keuken in om te experimenteren met ingrediënten! Scoop wil ook weleens experimenteren met iets.
