A new documentary aired a week ago. It's called Capturing Bigfoot, and it premiered at a film festival. The documentary features what has come to be called "the Rehearsal Footage." And it shows Bob Gimlin with a man in an ape suit. Unfortunately, I cannot see the footage until the documentary airs, but I have never seen the bigfoot world so abuzz with excitement, therefore I decided to shed some clarity on the drama. As if that wasn't enough, Clint Patterson is in the documentary, and he asserts that his mother confessed to him in secret that the film was a fake. Patricia, had long been an advocate of the film. This documentary will be polarizing, and I can't wait to see it for myself in April. But until then, my mind is still not made up on this spectacular piece of film. Regardless of the outcome of the awe-inspiring mystery of Patty, the legendary bigfoot will endure.
