以前アビドスを襲ってきたヘルメット団の手がかりを追い、無法地帯で有名な「ブラックマーケット」へと向かうアビドス対策委員会。
偶然出会ったトリニティ総合学園の少女「ヒフミ」と共に調査を進める内に、返済したお金が闇銀行に流れているという可能性が浮上する。そこでシロコが突如「銀行を襲う」と言い始め……！？
The Abydos Task Force heads to the "Black Market," an infamously lawless area, in pursuit of clues about the Helmet Gang that attacked them. While investigating with "Hifumi," a girl from Trinity General School that they happened to meet, they discover a possibility that the repaid money was flowing into the black market. There, Shiroko suddenly shouts, "We're gonna rob the bank!"
El Grupo de Trabajo de Abydos se dirige al "Mercado Negro", una famosa zona sin ley, en busca de pistas sobre la Pandilla de los Cascos que los atacó. Le groupe de travail d'Abydos se dirige vers le célèbre « marché noir » anarchique à la recherche d'indices sur le gang des casques, qui a déjà attaqué Abydos. Au fur et à mesure que l'enquête progresse avec Hifumi, une fille de la Trinity Academy qu'il rencontre, la possibilité que l'argent remboursé afflue dans une banque clandestine apparaît. Puis Shiroko commence soudain à dire : "Nous allons braquer une banque"… !?
Das Abydos-Komitee verfolgt eine Spur, die die Helme bei einem Angriff hinterließen. Diese führt sie in die berüchtigte gesetzlose Zone. Bei ihrer Suche treffen sie zufällig auf Hifumi, eine Schülerin der Trinity-Schule. Diese gibt ihnen den Hinweis, dass ihre Rückzahlungen möglicherweise in eine Bank im Untergrund fließen. Shirokos Idee mit dem Banküberfall scheint doch nicht mehr so abwegig.
카타카타 헬멧단과 전투 중 얻은 부품이 블랙마켓에서 유통된다는 것을 알게 된 대책위원회. 선생님과 대책위원회 아이들은 블랙마켓으로 향하고 그곳에서 곤란에 빠진 트리니티의 히후미를 도와준다. 그 후 우연히 자신들의 빚을 수금하는 카이저 론 현금 수송차가 블랙마켓의 악명높은 사채은행으로 들어가는 것을 보게 되는데....
