Young hacker Josh (Justin Baldoni) is kidnapped by a former elite soldier and forced to shut down Los Angeles power supplies. The kidnapper wants to take revenge on the corrupt CIA chief Wilcox, who once abandoned his troops. While anarchy breaks out in the metropolis, a single agent tries to stop the madman.
