Desperate after the death of her father, Ujala and her mother Zubaida are taken in by her uncle Basit. Though he helps them out his spoilt daughter Hina feels neglected and starts resenting the new residents.
Sultan is admitted to the hospital and Ujala is reluctant to tell her mother about his illness. Tensions between Hina and Haris arises however Haris decides to tell about his past to her mother.
Mustered with courage, Micheal decides to express his feelings to Hina however she rejects him. In efforts to acquire loan, Ujala visits Basit and he ends up offering her a job at his office.
Nasir tries to convince Ujala to consider her decision once again however Ujala do not want a relationship that does not have any honour for her.
As Sultan is on his death bed, Nasir tries to make things easier for Ujala and her mother. Basit also visits Ujala and consoles her by offering her a job.
As Basit and Ujala begins to spend more time together at office, Nasir becomes suspicious and blames Ujala for having an affair with Basit. Things take an unexpected turn as Ujala and her mother are forced to live in Basit Alvi's house.
Unable to bear the presence of Ujala, Hina misbehaves with her and later argues with her father for bringing them home. Both Zubaida and Ujala continues to live in Basit's house despite receiving mistreatment from the family members.
Out of curiosity, Ujala asks Saniya about her mother however Saniya refuses to answer her. Zubaida gets hit by Hina's car and is rushed to the hospital.
Unable to forget Hina, Ahsan begins to act awkwardly while Hina refuses to marry Harris and opens ups about her liking towards Micheal.
Saniya makes Hina understand the importance of marraying Harris as her fathers wealth and property will remain in her custody. Basit is aware of Harib's feelings towards Ujala however Ujala is reluctant about Haris's proposal.
Dejected and helpless after finding out about Hina's marriage with Haris, Micheal decides to leave for abroad. Hina's resentment towards Ujala rises and she waits for the day when she will leave.
Harib and Ujala starts their new life together and Harib assures her to have faith and trust on him. Hina devises a new plan to disrupt Ujala and Haris's relationship.
Embarrassed about lagging behind in household chores, Ujala apologizes to Azra whereas Umera is worried as Azmeen is getting married for the second time.
Hina and Saniya comes together and gets busy plotting against Ujala. Umera tries to convince her mother in law for not getting Azmeen married again however she desires a male heir.
Haris begins to spend more and more time with Hina however her mother gives her a reality check. Nimra is worried as she revives threatening calls.
Everyone is suspicious of Ujala and Haris's behavior while Hina tells her mother that she is not ready to have a child right now.
Hina's disappearance leaves everyone in distress while Haris has an accident and is rushed to the hospital. Azra humiliates and blame Hina for all the mess.
Azra is reluctant to inform Ujala about the demise of her mother while Ujala is ready to give them a good news.
Guilt-ridden Hina decides to set things right and confesses everything to the family. Saniya asks Hina to meet Micheal as he has returned from abroad.
A tragic news befalls upon the family however everyone points fingers towards Hina.
