ストーリーはゲーム本編からは独立した劇中劇で、ドラマのオファーが来た伊東・田中・藤村の3人が同じ役名の登場人物を演じる設定になっており、オープニングはそのドラマのメイキングとなっている。また、OVAオリジナルの共演者・相田幸子が登場し、重要な役どころが多い他、本編中のライバル7人もチョイ役が多いが様々な形で登場する。
