Brian Gurrey and Lee Danley are bidding on an old home on a valuable lakefront property. Brian manages to undercut the competitor's bids but angers Lee, who doesn't think they'll make a profit at that price. When they return to hunt for valuables, they notice that a Key Largo boat and trailer that was there the day before is now gone along with whatever cash they could have sold it for.
Brian, Lee und die Jungs vom Danley Demolition Team haben den Auftrag, ein Haus auf einem Seegrundstück abzureißen. Brian hat den Zuschlag mit einem Gebot geholt, das niedriger war, als es sich Lee gewünscht hätte. Aber er ist sich sicher, dass in dem Gebäude noch einige Schätze darauf warten, gehoben zu werden, so dass die Rechnung am Ende doch noch aufgeht. Obwohl sie ein Boot, einen Pac-Man-Spielautomaten und ein altes Mini-Bike finden, ist Lee weiterhin der Ansicht, dass sie bei diesem Job draufzahlen werden
