Brian and Lee of Danley Demolition are in Manchester, New Hampshire, to bid on the demoliton of an abandoned boarding house nicknamed "the Toilet Farm." In an effort to beat out their competitor, Boston Jim, they bid lower than they're comfortable with, which only increases the pressure on them to find good stuff hidden away. Unfortunately, Brian and Lee completely overlook a tank in the basement with more than 50 gallons of oil in it. At the last minute, the oil tank is spotted, averting an environmental mess.
Brian und Lee bekommen den Zuschlag mit ihrem Gebot auf eine ehemalige Pension in Manchester, New Hampshire. Damit sich die Sache für das Danley Demolition Team lohnt, müssen bei dem Auftrag schon einige tausend Dollar herausspringen. Brian ist hoffnungsvoll, denn er hat schon interessante Objekte entdeckt: unter anderem eine alte Harley Davidson. Am Ende ihres Erkundungsgangs stößt Lee aber auf ein Problem, das Brian nicht erwähnt hatte: Im Keller stehen Öltanks. Wie sich bei näherer Inspektion herausstellt, enthalten sie auch noch Öl. Dies zu entsorgen, wird den Abriss verzögern.
