Donna and David celebrate their second anniversary as a couple. She finally agrees to sleep with him, but their romantic evening is interrupted by a surprise visit from her parents. Donna dodges suspicion by admitting that David lives in the apartment. Felice is angry at the deception, but Dr. Martin encourages her to let Donna live her own life. Donna puts David on hold because she does not want to betray her parents' trust. The KEG house distances itself from Steve to avoid the penalties for hazing. Lucinda tells Brandon that someone tipped off campus security about Steve's break-in. Professor Randall accuses Brandon of sleeping with Lucinda and plans to take out his anger on Steve. He drops the charges after Brandon threatens to report him for giving D'Shawn undeserved grades. Kelly and Dylan get back together. Andrea and Jesse fall for each other. Dan angers Andrea with his racial slurs about Jesse. Donna decide che è il momento giusto per fare l'amore con David ma proprio quella sera riceve una visita a sorpresa dei suoi genitori che trovano David mezzo nudo. Il Prof. Randall viene a sapere di Brandon e Lucinda e, per vendetta, decide di accusare Steve per il furto nel suo ufficio. Brandon però minaccia il professore di rivelare la verità su D'Shawn e il Prof. Randall è costretto a lasciar cadere le accuse su Steve. Dan prende in giro Andrea per la sua storia con Jesse, che invita la ragazza nel suo appartamento di Westwood.
Donna y David deciden celebrar sus dos años de relación, y para ello Donna está dispuesta a perder su virginidad y acostarse con él, pero el romántico acontecimiento es interrumpido por la sorpresiva visita de los padres de ella. Finalmente Donna les cuenta que David está viviendo con ella y con Kelly, lo que provoca la ira de Felice, su madre, sin embargo su padre la anima y le dice que ha de vivir su propia vida. Pero Donna decide no acostarse con David para no traicionar la confianza de sus padres. El profesor Randall acusa a Brandon de haberse acostado con su mujer y le comunica que va a ser muy duro con Steve, de quien ya le habían avisado trataría de robarle la pelota de béisbol, es por ello que Brandon decide amenazarle con contar las inmerecidas calificaciones otorgadas a D'Shawn. Kelly y Dylan vuelven a salir juntos, y un colérico Dan le echa en cara a Andrea que lo abandonase por Jesse, mostrándose racista y superior.
