Steve tam vyhrává deset tisíc dolarů a věnuje je na dětský tábor.

Kelly stops attending her eating disorder group because the girls with more severe cases unnerve her. Kelly wins 'Most Beautiful' in the senior poll, while Dylan is ""Most Handsome."" Kelly suspects that everyone judges her entirely on her looks, and blows up at Dylan and Jackie. Dylan lets her read a section from his manuscript in which he describes his feelings for her. Brenda feels isolated from her classmates when she fails to win anything in the poll. She decides to apply to the University of Minnesota. Brandon and Steve take Jim and Cindy to a Lakers game because they can't get dates. They do not arrive until nearly halftime because of Brenda's big news and a traffic jam. Steve wins the chance to take a half court shot for $10,000, and makes the shot. He anonymously donates the money to the school to revive a summer camp for elementary school students. Kelly vince il premio per La più bella ma, invece di aumentare la fiducia in sé stessa, il premio la porta a credere che tutti la giudicano solo per il suo aspetto. Brenda si sente tagliata fuori perché non vince nessun premio e decide di fare domanda all'università del Minnesota. Steve e Brandon vanno alla partita dei Lakers e Steve ha la possibilità di vincere $10,000.
Esta semana se celebra en el Beverly Oeste la Votación Mayor en el que se conceden premios a los estudiantes, así Donna consigue cuatro, el de la que mejor viste, la que tiene más amigos, la más cómica y el de más ingenua. Kelly y Dylan el de los más guapos, David el del más talentoso y Andrea y Brandon el de los que tiene más probabilidades de éxito. Kelly se disgusta al saber que Dylan le ha enseñado a Andrea el primer borrador de su escrito sobre su padre. Stgeve, Brandon y los padres de este acuden a ver un partido de los Lakers, el asiento de Steve resulta ser el ganador y este debe encestar para llevarse una gran cantidad de dinero, Steve lo logra y acaba donando dicho dinero a los niños del campamento de verano de Alvarado. Brenda echa al correo su solicitud para asistir a la Universidad de Minnesota, lo que la alejaría de su familia y amigos.
