A mad scientist creates a device that brings out a person's angry inhibitions. The renegade scientist uses the device on Sergeant Snorkle, Beetle Bailey, Zero, and Captain Scabbard.
Beetle takes an overdose of an experimental pep pill. His new found strength almost ruins Sgt. Snorkle and Camp Swampy.
