The film shows just how hard he pushes himself and what life is like in training camps in Ethiopia, Arizona and France as Mo leaves his young family behind for months at a time. Mo openly discusses recent controversies surrounding his coach and what sacrifices he feels are necessary to succeed. On a visit to Djibouti in Africa where he was born and grew up, he visits his twin brother who he was separated from for many years as the family moved to the UK to live with Mo's father.
