The Devil's Fingers

Dick und Bruce machen einige Tage Urlaub. Prompt steigt die Verbrechensrate in Gotham City an. Sofort kehren die beiden in die Stadt zurück. Bei ihren Ermittlungen geraten sie in die Hände des Gauners Harry, der sie für immer beseitigen will.

Chandell, the musical virtuoso, visits Gotham City for a piano concert. But unknown to the public, Chandell is being blackmailed into a life of crime by his twin brother Harry, who retains most of the profits. Chandell intends to buy off Harry forever, and he knows just where to get the funds – from the Wayne family fortune. With Batman and Robin out of town, he suspects the robbery will be a piece of cake. However, Batman has been listening to Chandell’s concert remotely, and after detecting an anomalous chord, summons Robin back to Wayne Manor to investigate.

Chandell vierailee kaupungissa ja on päättänyt päästä eroon kaksosestaan Harrysta. Hän suunnittelee ryöstöä Waynen kartanoon saadakseen riittävästi rahaa, mutta Batman pääse jyvälle asiasta.

Chandell is van plan Harry voor eens en altijd af te kopen, en hij weet precies waar het geld vandaan moet komen: het Wayne familiefortuin. Met Batman en Robin de stad uit, vermoedt hij dat de overval een eitje zal zijn. Batman heeft echter vanop afstand naar het concert van Chandell geluisterd en na het horen van een fout akkoord, stuurt hij Robin terug naar Wayne Manor om dit verder te onderzoeken.
