Insurance man Clete Larkin is pushed into an elevator shaft by his colleague Camp. Clete's wife, doubting an accident, hires Barnaby. He finds out that Gina, Clete's mistress, gave away a stolen jade bracelet and that Clete provided the plans for the security system.
