Bayern Munich find themselves today in a very good position. Footballing success built on great business methods. But this was not the case throughout the Bavarian club's history..... After their third European cup in a row in 1976, Bayern lost many legends in a few years. They had to rebuild a new generation. And with the appointment of ex-player Uli Hoeness as General manager, that build was accelerated. Although there were some early failures, Uli and Bayern got the hang of it and slowly but surely got back to winning ways.
