On top of the football world at 28 years of age, retired from football at 30. This is the tragic story of Dutch and Football legend Marco Van Basten, a 3 time Ballon d'Or recipient and winner of almost all there is to win in football. This mini documentary will attempt to tackle Marco's story beginning from his early days in Ajax with Dutch legend Johann Cryuff to his prime in Milan with the famous Dutch trio under Arrigo Sacchi and Fabio Capello and why his career was cut short in 1995.
