Evren’den bir şans isteyen Bahar, karşısında Naz’ı görünce sarsılır. Hastanede Evren’le konuşma cesareti bulduğunda ise Evren’in bir cümlesi, Bahar’ın zaten kırık olan kalbine ok gibi saplanır. Tam bu sırada Peran'a gelen bir vaka, Evren ve Bahar'ı birlikte çalışmaya iterken, kendi ilişkilerini de sorgulamalarına neden olur. Öte yandan asistanların uzmanlık sınavı yaklaşmıştır. Bahar son bir gayretle çalışmalara asılırken, Evren'le herkesin gözü önünde dev bir hesaplaşma yaşamak zorunda kalır.
Bahar, hoping for another chance with Evren, is shaken when she finds herself face-to-face with Naz. When she finally musters the courage to speak with Evren at the hospital, a single sentence from him pierces her already broken heart like an arrow. At that very moment, a critical case at Peran forces Evren and Bahar to work together, compelling them to confront not only the medical challenge but also the unresolved issues in their relationship. Meanwhile, the assistants’ specialization exam is approaching. With one last burst of effort, Bahar throws herself into studying — but she’s soon forced into a dramatic confrontation with Evren in front of everyone.
