Nesse exato momento, Rengin, que deveria realizar o parto, repentinamente adoece e fica impossibilitada de realizar o procedimento, desencadeando uma grande crise no hospital. Todos os olhares se voltam para Bahar, que nunca havia assumido uma responsabilidade tão grande. Apesar de todas as objeções e dúvidas de Aziz Uras, não há outra opção. Bahar precisa realizar seu primeiro parto como médica! Com o apoio de Evren, ela decide assumir o parto de alto risco. Ela não só precisa provar sua competência médica, mas também sua coragem, o que a coloca em confronto direto com Aziz Uras. Enquanto isso, em outra parte do hospital, Leyla luta pela vida em meio a uma cirurgia crítica.
