Yılbaşı gecesi, Efsun ile Timur arasında geçen konuşma Bahar’ın üzerine kalırken Bahar iki arada sıkışmıştır. Oğlunun mutluluğu için susmak mı yoksa hastanedeki işini kaybetmemek için konuşmak mı... Herkes Bahar’ın Timur’a geri dönmek istediğini düşünürken duydukları karşısında çılgına dönen Rengin, Timur’a rest çeker. Timur, Bahar’ın mental olarak iyi olmadığını iddia ederken aksi gibi Bahar’ın hastanede başına gelenler ise herkesi buna ikna eder niteliktedir. Efsun’un kına gecesi baskılarına boyun eğen Seren onu sinir edecek bir şart öne sürer. Öte yandan Çağla Tolga’dan köşe bucak saklanmaktadır. Fakat dünya küçük hastane daha küçük olunca bu düşündüğü kadar kolay olmaz.Cem ve Umay Bahar’ı kurtarmak için boylarını aşan işlere girişirken Bahar kendisini hem Evren’e hem de diğerlerine açıklayabilecek midir?
On New Year's Eve, the conversation between Efsun and Timur falls on Bahar, leaving her caught in the middle. Should she stay silent for her son's happiness or speak up to avoid losing her job at the hospital... While everyone thinks Bahar wants to return to Timur, Rengin, furious at what she hears, confronts Timur. While Timur claims that Bahar is not mentally well, the incidents Bahar experiences at the hospital seem to convince everyone otherwise. Seren, yielding to the pressures of Efsun's henna night, sets a condition that would annoy her. Meanwhile, Çağla is trying to avoid Tolga at all costs. However, with the world being small and the hospital even smaller, this isn't as easy as she thought. As Cem and Umay take on tasks beyond their capabilities to save Bahar, will Bahar be able to explain herself to Evren and the others?

Enquanto Timur afirma que Bahar não está bem mentalmente, os incidentes que Bahar vivencia no hospital parecem convencer a todos do contrário. Seren, cedendo às pressões da noite de hena de Efsun, impõe uma condição que a irritaria. Enquanto isso, Çağla tenta evitar Tolga a todo custo. No entanto, com o mundo sendo pequeno e o hospital ainda menor, isso não é tão fácil quanto ela pensava.
