Evren’in elindeki sorunu giderebilecek ünlü bir cerrah, şans eseri çok kısa bir süre için Türkiye’dedir. Ancak hem cerrahın takvimi çok sıkışıktır, hem de söz konusu operasyon oldukça risklidir. Tüm bu sorunlarla boğuşan Bahar, kötü bir haber alan can dostu Çağla’yı istemeden ihmal eder. Timur ise özellikle ihmal etmeye çalıştığı Efsun’la olmayacak yerlerde denk gelmektedir. Bahar, unable to accept Evren’s decision to end their relationship, resolves to do whatever it takes to make amends for her mistake. The solution she’s been searching for unexpectedly presents itself: a renowned surgeon capable of addressing Evren’s issue happens to be in Turkey for a very brief period. However, the surgeon’s schedule is packed, and the operation itself carries significant risks. While juggling these challenges, Bahar unintentionally neglects her close friend Çağla, who has just received devastating news. Meanwhile, Timur keeps finding himself in unexpected encounters with Efsun, despite his best efforts to avoid her. As the high-stakes surgery unfolds, Bahar, Cem, Umay, and others anxiously wait outside the operating room, all plagued by the same question: was this operation a mistake from the very beginning?
