Yomi's subordinate, Gorda, discovers the ancient civilized city of Zoro. Originally, Gorda became a subordinate as a human being, but gained the ability to move at an unstoppable speed by the accelerator discovered at the ruins of Zoro. He no longer challenges Babel II with the ability to surpass cyborg warriors and psychic soldiers.
