Iris’ perfect life is turned upside down when she discovers her father’s secret. She learns that her father, Victor had another family before he married her mother, Christine. One day, Victor’s former live-in partner, Dulce resurfaces and demands child support. When Dulce sees that Victor misses his children with her, she takes advantage of it and makes her way back into his life. In the meantime, Iris loses her mother in a supposed accident and slowly, Dulce and her children become close to Iris. As Dulce grows more comfortable in the new life Victor is providing her, she realizes that Iris is an obstacle to the permanence of it all. She begins to scheme, with the help of her children, to get rid of Iris for good. When Iris loses everything, she is forced to fight for her rights as Victor’s legitimate daughter and find the truth surrounding her mother’s death.
