President Pudge of Udopia feared for his life, and understandably so. The Presidents of several other countries had all been attacked by Secret Agent 3-2. This mysterious attacker sprayed his victim with a little - known Primitive Gas - an amazing vapor that made its victims revert to babies or monkeys or other primitive forms.
