Professor I. Q. Plenty startled a group of greedy plant owners by announcing that he had perfected the very thing they were seeking: a Robot Wacky Inducer - a machine that could actually make troublesome robots wacky and, therefore, harmless. All Professor Plenty asked for his machine was an annual rental fee or 50 million dollars!
