Jessica is relieved when it is not Marshall at the door, but a messenger with a note from Marshall, explaining that he saw that she wasnt alone. Jessica lies and says the note was about work and asks Ben to stay with her. She calls Marshall to cancel their plans and turns to Ben and the two make love. Later, she calls Paul to tell him that their deal is off. At the Lakeview, Marshall recognizes Henry and confronts him about his role in bugging Marshalls room. Meanwhile, Bonnie worries that Marshall may go after Isaac and his liquor license to seek revenge on her. Henry alerts Bonnie and Isaac that Marshall has already threatened him. Bonnie visits Marshall and tells him to hold her and her alone responsible for placing him under surveillance. She admits that the tape was useless and has been destroyed. Marshall agrees to stay out of Bonnie and Isaacs lives if they stay out of his. A scene breaks out at the Old Mill, when Hal forcible tries to cuff Aaron while Lucy is detained by other police officers. Jack and Holden try to calm everyone down, but Hal insists that Aaron was resisting arrest. Craig arrives and accompanies Lucy downtown so she can stay with Aaron. Tom is determined to make sure that Aaron is tried as a juvenile and Aaron explains why he had gasoline on his clothes. Lucinda comforts Lucy, who promises Aaron that she wont return to Montega. Lucy goes home with Lucinda as Aaron is taken into a bail hearing with Tom and Holden.
