At the town's annual Save the Manatees auction, local hero Astronaut Bob offers himself as a last minute prize. Angela, having lost her chance to win a space helmet to Nanette, is the highest bidder. But Nanette schemes her way into Astronaut Bob's heart and manages to thwart any and all of Angela's attempts to have fun.
