Gorō has caught a cold. As the Guardian Angels fight amongst themselves 2 new Guardian Angels appear. Nana the turtle, and Akane the fox. The two have a new message from the Goddess as well. Exasperated by their lack of care with Gorō any Guardian Angel who aren't taking care of Gorō must turn into a doll. Hijinks ensure however when Gorō's phone, which is how the Guardian Angels are summoned, begins to ring again. The Guardian Angels disappear and Gorō wakes up to an empty house and a broken phone.
守護天使たちに２４時間密着でお世話を受ける悟郎。しかし、疲労の限界を迎えたのか、ついに悟郎は倒れてしまう。
大切なご主人さまを病気にしてしまったと、自分たちを責める守護天使の前に再び新しい守護天使が降臨する。
それぞれ役割を分担して悟郎の看病にあたるが、悟郎への独占欲や前世の因縁が邪魔をして……。
