When a desperate Doyle seeks out Moretti and confesses that he's ready to kill himself, Moretti calls Doyle's bluff and takes him to a bridge to try and convince Doyle to jump.
When Doyle awakes from a horrifying nightmare, he opens up to Moretti about his break up, but Moretti continues to interrupt him; fascinated that Doyle's story includes Russian men.
After comparing injuries they both endured as children, Moretti gets Doyle to dream about something highly unrealistic only to criticize him for not being a good enough dreamer.
Doyle brings Moretti supplies while Moretti hides out in the woods from his 'hit and run', but when they cannot agree on which woman was involved in the accident, Doyle explodes.
At the car wash, Moretti explains to Doyle the importance of the Karate Kid Part Two, and how he could apply the movie to getting over his break up, but when Doyle disagrees, Moretti stops the car wash in an attempt to prove his point, while pissing off all of the cars behind him.
Moretti takes Doyle to a high school football practice, but when he learns that Doyle knows nothing about sports, he tries to teach Doyle to train his mind like an athlete, but Doyle fails miserably only disgusting Moretti further.
Moretti takes Doyle back to Oasis Moon spa to try and get him to revisit the root cause of his nightmares, but when Moretti runs into an old teammate from his high school football days, he is instead confronted with HIS past, leaving Doyle to act as their therapist.
