學員分在不同的班級，在資深導師的幫助下，接受嚴格的培訓。 通過汗水和努力，他們將成為一支實力雄厚、才華橫溢、專業化的學員。 將組成10支隊伍，參賽選手分組進行比賽，通過評估，每輪淘汰少數隊伍。 最終將有兩組出道，一組為獲勝隊伍，另一組為投票前9名（不包括獲勝隊伍）。
