St. Albans, VT is home to thousands of sugaring maple trees. To celebrate the end of the sugaring season, throngs of people head to the annual Maple Festival to fill up on Maple Covered Popcorn, Maple Cotton Candy, to see who is crowned Maple Queen, and to participate in the Maple Cooking Contest.
