During the Alaskan gold rush of 1896, Johnny Risk and his partner run a gambling ship and own a gold mine. They are shocked when the town judge and the marshal declare their claim on the mine invalid. After beginning an investigation, Johnny learns that his older brother is behind the attempt to seize the mine.
