雨の日に想いを打ち明けて以来、青井アキとソラの姉弟は秘密の関係を続けている。ソラの双子の妹・ナミは、彼の想いが別のところに向いていることを知らず、クラスメイトの住谷カナとくっつけようと、ソラを学校のファッション研究部に入部させる。 しかし、ナミの行動は痛ましい真実を覆い隠している。一見すると、兄にようやく彼女を作らせてあげようとする良き妹のように見えるが、彼女自身もまた秘められた禁断の想いを抱えている。
