تعاني عائلة الأستاذ الذي يعمل في إحدى شركات المقاولات من سوء الأحوال المعيشية في المنزل الذي يقطنون به ، ويحاول العثور على شقة جديدة تسعهم جميعًا ، ويوافق مدير الشركة التي يعمل بها الأستاذ على منحه شقة جديدة هو وعائلته في إحدى العمارات التي بناها بشرط أن يكون متحملًا للمسئولية القانونية عن العمارة خاصة بعد وقوع مشكلة بها .
