Adrian"s journey starts at Slieve League on the wild Atlantic coast in County Donegal. He tours the enchanting landscape of Glenveagh National Park before heading to his hometown in County Fermanagh, one third of which is covered by rivers. After reliving cherished childhood memories, he"s put to work at an oyster farm in Carlingford and ends at Newgrange, an awe-inspiring Neolithic passage tomb.
Chef Tom Kerridge shows Adrian around his 18th-century estate set among 100 stunning acres, before preparing a feast using ingredients picked on the grounds.
