خمسة شباب يحاولون دخول عالم جديد عليهم وهو عالم الفن. الخمسة يشتركون في الحلم نفسه رغم اختلاف أسباب رغبتهم في تحقيقه، ورغم اختلاف صفاتهم الجسمانية والنفسية ومستوياتهم الاجتماعية والمادية. يقودهم طوال الطريق فنان مثقف وواع هو د.عزت أبو عوف.
