Former trawlerman Alex Aitken cooks for Brian at his seaside restaurant The Jetty before Janet and Brian get acquainted with some intrepid goats. Janet tours the exquisite gardens of Athelhampton House before Brian prepares the week's celebration cook - a goat steak with spicy tomatoes and Dorset chorizo.
