Cindy, who sings dreadfully out of tune, has to take part in a school contest and knows she’s going to make a fool of herself. Tom asks his mom to help out. But Willow gets her spell wrong (as usual) and Cindy ends up with a baritone voice. Outraged by jeering in the audience, His Highness insults the crowd out loud. The audience is astonished- a Talking Toad!? Oops! Tom breaks in and introduces himself as a ventriloquist. His Highness? A puppet, of course. This act is a triumph! Meanwhile, Willow struggles to get Cindy’s voice back to normal, because the poor girl doesn’t dare open her mouth…
