04/23/20: AMLO announces plan; SHCP places bonds; WHO and more

In announcing greater austerity, President AMLO presented measures for 622.5 billion pesos in the face of the crisis. The SHCP placed bonds for 6 million dollars. The WHO warned that Mexico is about to experience the "worst moment" of the pandemic.

Al anunciar mayor austeridad, el Presidente AMLO presentó medidas por 622.5 mmdp ante la crisis. La SHCP colocó bonos por 6 mmdd. La OMS alertó que México está por vivir el “peor momento” de la pandemia.
